The ACCUPRO 2500033 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride), it delivers extended tool life in demanding cutting applications. The 1/4 inch diameter cutter features 4 flutes with a right-hand cutting and flute direction, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2 inch overall length. The TiCN coating improves surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge, making it well suited for high-speed roughing passes where heat buildup is a concern.
