The ACCUPRO 20363 is a jobber-length drill bit engineered for precision drilling in metal, composite, and hard material applications. Built from solid carbide and coated with titanium nitride (TiN), it delivers extended tool life and reduced friction at the cutting edge. The 150-degree split point promotes accurate entry with minimal walking, making it well-suited for production drilling where repeatability matters. At 2.76 inches overall length with a 1.10-inch flute length, it fits standard jobber-length toolholders. Three spiral flutes in a regular helix clear chips efficiently during right-hand cutting operations.

This drill bit is intended for use on machining centers, CNC drill presses, and manual drill presses handling ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 4.5 mm (0.1772 inch) diameter targets close-tolerance hole requirements in the 0.1500 to 0.2000 inch size range.
