The ACCUPRO 1527342 is a hydraulic tool holder chuck designed for high-precision CNC machining applications. It uses hydraulic clamping force to grip cutting tools with exceptional concentricity, achieving a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.000010 inches. The HSK63A taper shank provides a rigid, dual-contact interface with the machine spindle, minimizing vibration at elevated spindle speeds. With a balanced speed rating of 25,000 RPM and an overall length of 5.6299 inches, this chuck suits high-speed milling, drilling, and reaming operations where dimensional accuracy and surface finish are critical. It is installed and serviced by CNC machinists and tool-crib technicians.
This hydraulic chuck is suited for machining centers equipped with HSK63A spindle interfaces. The 0.5 inch bore accepts standard half-inch shank tooling. A clamping depth of 46.00 mm provides a secure grip on the tool shank, while the 85.00 mm projection suits a range of reach requirements in cavity and contour work. Through-coolant capability allows cutting fluid to be delivered directly to the cutting zone, making the chuck appropriate for high-temperature alloy machining and deep-cavity work where external coolant is insufficient.
Designed for CNC machining centers with HSK63A spindle interfaces. Accepts 0.5 inch shank cutting tools. This part replaces SKU 56509672.
Installation should be performed by a qualified CNC machinist or tooling technician with the spindle at a full stop and machine power isolated. The HSK63A taper and spindle mating surfaces must be clean and free of chips or coolant residue before seating the chuck. Hydraulic expansion chucks should not be over-pressurized beyond the manufacturer-specified clamping range; follow the tool holder manufacturer guidelines for the appropriate hex key torque on the clamping port. Verify TIR with a test indicator after tool installation before returning the machine to production.
