The ACCUPRO 14883529 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It features a 0.09-inch cutting diameter with a 3/4-inch length of cut and three spiral flutes, producing clean square-shoulder profiles in a single pass. The tool is finished with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating, which improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and high-temperature alloy applications. With a 30-degree helix angle and micrograin carbide construction, it delivers consistent chip evacuation and edge integrity at elevated cutting speeds. This end mill is installed and operated by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop settings.
This end mill is suited for slot milling, profiling, and contouring in ferrous metals, stainless steel, titanium, and heat-resistant alloys where a small-diameter, high-performance tool is required. The 1/8-inch shank diameter makes it compatible with standard collet chucks and tool holders used on CNC machining centers and manual mills. Its centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as conventional side milling. The single-end configuration and 2.5-inch overall length position it for tight-tolerance work in shallow-to-medium-depth features.
Designed for use with standard 1/8-inch collet chucks and tool holders on CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and similar equipment where a small-diameter solid carbide end mill is specified.
Installation and tool changes must be performed with the machine fully powered down and spindle at a complete stop. Secure the 1/8-inch shank in a properly sized, clean collet or end mill holder torqued to the machine manufacturer's specification. Inspect the collet and holder for runout before use, as excessive runout on small-diameter tools accelerates edge wear and breakage. Follow shop-standard speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and coating type.
