The ACCUPRO 14883525 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal and composite materials. With a 0.07-inch mill diameter and three right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and clean edge finishes in tight-tolerance applications. The micrograin carbide substrate provides wear resistance and edge retention in demanding cutting conditions. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral milling. The bright, uncoated finish suits a broad range of general-purpose ferrous and non-ferrous machining operations. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals in job shops, OEM production facilities, and maintenance environments rely on this style of end mill for fine detail work.
This end mill is suited for small-feature milling tasks including slots, pockets, and profiling cuts where a 0.07-inch diameter tool path is required. The 0.5-inch length of cut (LOC) and 2.5-inch overall length (OAL) make it appropriate for moderate-depth passes on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. The 0.125-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and collet toolholding systems commonly found on vertical machining centers and high-speed spindles. Single-end configuration means the tool is replaced rather than flipped when worn.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide square end mill for CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with 0.125-inch collet or ER toolholding systems requiring a 0.07-inch diameter cutter.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Power down and lock out the spindle before seating or removing any toolholder. Insert the shank fully into the collet to the recommended engagement depth and torque the collet nut according to the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or runout before initiating a cutting program, as micro-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to improper seating and excessive runout.
