With a 0.05-inch cutting diameter and a 0.6-inch length of cut, this tool handles tight-tolerance profiling, slotting, and pocketing in hard and abrasive materials. The three-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining rigidity at small diameters. An AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. Micrograin carbide substrate adds toughness at the cutting edge.
