The ACCUPRO 14883435 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. This single-end tool features a 3/32-inch (0.0938-inch) cutting diameter, a 1-1/8-inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2-inch overall length. The 30-degree right-hand helix and three right-hand spiral flutes promote efficient chip evacuation and consistent cutting performance. An AlTiN coating improves thermal and wear resistance, extending tool life when cutting hardened steels, stainless, and other abrasive materials. The micrograin carbide substrate adds rigidity and edge retention. This tool is suited for machinists and toolroom technicians running CNC mills and manual milling machines.
This end mill is used in general-purpose and precision milling applications across job shops, production floors, and toolrooms. Its 3/32-inch diameter makes it well suited for slotting, profiling, and pocketing in tight geometries where larger tools cannot reach. The center-cutting geometry allows direct plunge entry. The 1/8-inch shank diameter is compatible with standard collets and end mill holders used on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills in both light and medium material removal operations.
Designed for use with standard collet chucks and end mill holders accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter. Fits CNC machining centers and manual milling machines equipped with appropriate toolholding systems. Part of the ACCUPRO ASQSC3-AT-CC-30H series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the tool from the holder. Seat the shank fully into the collet or holder to the recommended gauge line and torque the retention hardware per the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning cuts, as excessive runout on small-diameter tooling accelerates wear and increases breakage risk.
