The ACCUPRO 14797211 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 0.05-inch cutting diameter and a 0.075-inch length of cut, making it well suited for fine detail work, slotting, and profiling in tight geometries. The 3-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining a quality surface finish. The micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for demanding cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A bright, uncoated finish makes this end mill a straightforward choice when coating is not required by the application.
This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for applications requiring small-diameter cutting tools. The extended reach design, with a 0.6-inch reach length and 0.75-inch neck length, allows access to recessed features and deep pockets without interference. The 0.125-inch shank diameter fits standard collets and tool holders found in precision machining setups. It is installed by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, aerospace, medical device, and general manufacturing environments.
Designed as an OEM-style tooling solution for use in standard CNC machining centers and manual milling machines equipped with collets or tool holders accepting a 0.125-inch shank diameter. Part of the ACCUPRO ASQSC3-CCER series.
This end mill is installed by qualified machinists using an appropriate collet or end mill holder sized for the 0.125-inch shank. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before tool changes. Verify runout and tool projection before engaging the cut, as small-diameter carbide tooling is sensitive to deflection and improper clamping. Do not exceed recommended feed and speed parameters for the workpiece material to avoid tool breakage.
