The ACCUPRO 14797142 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in tight-geometry applications. With a 1/64 inch (0.0156 inch) cutting diameter and a 0.022 inch length of cut, this tool is built for micro-scale material removal where dimensional accuracy is critical. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the rigidity and wear resistance required for small-diameter cutting. Three spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation while maintaining smooth cutting action. The bright uncoated finish makes it well-suited for non-ferrous metals and applications where coating buildup would be a concern. This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and precision benchtop machines where small-feature milling is required.
