The ACCUPRO 14797105 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling of ferrous and non-ferrous materials in CNC machining and manual milling applications. With a 1 mm (0.0390 inch) cutting diameter and a 0.0585-inch length of cut, this tool is built for small-feature detail work, slotting, and profiling where tight tolerances are required. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and edge retention needed for high-speed cutting at small diameters. It ships individually and is intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals.
This end mill is suited for light milling operations in precision machining environments, including mold and die work, prototype fabrication, and small-part production. Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation, as small-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to collet concentricity and clamping force.
