This end mill is intended for use in precision machining environments where small-diameter tooling is required. Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety protocols. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and machine power is isolated before changing tooling. Seat the 0.125-inch shank fully and evenly in a clean, undamaged collet or end mill holder, and torque the retention mechanism per the tool holder manufacturer's specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning production cuts, as runout is especially critical at small diameters to prevent premature tool breakage.
