The ACCUPRO 14796951 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of tight-tolerance features in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 0.033-inch cutting diameter and a 0.099-inch length of cut, this tool is built for fine detail work, micro-slot cutting, and small-radius profiling in CNC machining centers. The AlTiN coating provides elevated heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in harder workpiece materials. The micrograin carbide substrate supports edge strength at these small diameters where rigidity is critical. This end mill is specified and installed by machining professionals working in precision manufacturing, tooling, and prototype environments.
This end mill is suited for CNC vertical machining centers and high-speed spindle setups requiring small-diameter tooling. The 0.033-inch diameter makes it appropriate for micro-slot milling, fine engraving passes, and detailed contouring operations where larger tools cannot reach. The 1/8-inch shank diameter allows it to seat in standard collets and ER-style toolholders common in light-duty and precision machining setups. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC programming. It is a single-end tool intended for one cutting end only.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-specification solid carbide square end mill for CNC machining centers accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter. Part of the ACCUPRO ASQSC4-AT-CC-30H series.
Installation is performed by CNC machinists or toolroom technicians. Seat the 1/8-inch shank fully into a clean, undamaged collet or end mill holder and torque the drawbar or collet nut to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Inspect the cutting edges under magnification before use at this diameter class, as micro-diameter carbide tools are susceptible to edge chipping during handling. Verify spindle runout with a test indicator before engaging the workpiece, as runout at this diameter has a proportionally high impact on tool life and dimensional accuracy.
