It carries a 0.1562-inch cutting diameter with a 0.0150-inch corner radius that produces a controlled blend between the floor and wall of a milled feature, reducing stress concentrations and improving surface finish. The flute length (length of cut) is 0.5620 inches, the overall length is 2 inches, and the shank diameter is 3/16 inch. An AlTiN coating provides hardness and heat resistance at elevated cutting temperatures.
