The ACCUPRO 14796327 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. It features a 0.0938-inch cutting diameter with a 0.005-inch corner radius, reducing stress concentrations at the tool path edge and extending part life. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry provides efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish. An AlTiN coating adds thermal resistance and hardness, making this tool suitable for dry or semi-dry cutting in hardened steels, stainless, and high-temp alloys. With a 0.279-inch length of cut and 1.5-inch overall length, it fits standard CNC machining centers and manual mills used in die, mold, and precision component work.
