The ACCUPRO 14556375 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened materials. The 0.09-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life compared to a sharp-corner geometry. With a 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration and AlTiN+ coating, this end mill handles high-temperature cutting environments where tool wear is a primary concern. The AlTiN+ finish provides oxidation resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures. It is centercutting, so it can be used for plunge entry as well as peripheral and slot milling. The micrograin carbide substrate supports fine surface finishes and tight tolerances in production machining environments.
