The ACCUPRO 14505815 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications. It features a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, a 1.5 inch length of cut, and a 3.5 inch overall length with a 0.5 inch straight cylindrical shank. The four-flute spiral design runs a 40-degree helix angle for aggressive chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The AlTiN plus coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in high-speed and dry machining conditions. Micrograin carbide substrate adds toughness and edge retention. This end mill is centercutting, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.
