The ACCUPRO 12467966 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring a controlled edge radius and tight tolerances. Built on a miniature series platform, this single-end, centercutting tool features a 0.125 inch mill diameter, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle. The micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for accurate work in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in CNC machining centers and manual mills where small-diameter, high-precision cutting is required.
This end mill is suited for finishing passes and contour milling in tight geometries where a sharp corner radius is critical to part quality. The miniature series designation makes it appropriate for small-part work, mold and die cavity finishing, and detailed profiling in aerospace, medical, and general precision machining applications. The bright, uncoated finish allows direct inspection of tool condition and is compatible with a wide range of cutting fluids. Right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute spiral are standard for conventional and climb milling on most CNC platforms.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit cutting tool for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 0.125 inch straight shank in standard collet or end mill holder tooling.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists following standard toolholding procedures for small-diameter end mills. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, powered-down state before changing tooling. Seat the 0.125 inch shank fully into the collet or end mill holder and torque the retention mechanism per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning the cut, as small-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to excessive runout and can fracture under lateral load.
