The ACCUPRO 12465539 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling in tight geometries and small-feature work. It carries a 0.07-inch cutting diameter and a 0.105-inch length of cut, making it suited for fine detail passes in hard and soft metals alike. The two-flute, single-end configuration provides efficient chip evacuation at small diameters. The 30-degree helix angle balances cutting forces and surface finish. Micrograin carbide construction delivers the edge retention and rigidity required when machining at this scale. The bright, uncoated finish makes this mill a practical choice across a broad range of workpiece materials without coating-induced dimensional offset concerns.
This end mill is used in CNC machining centers, high-speed spindles, and manual mills where small-radius profiling, slotting, and 3D contouring are required. The miniature series designation indicates it is built for applications where standard tooling is too large, such as mold and die detail work, medical component machining, and precision aerospace features. The 1/8-inch shank diameter is compatible with standard collet systems commonly found in small-spindle setups and precision tool holders. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC spindle rotation.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature ball end mill for use with standard 1/8-inch collets and precision tool holders in CNC machining centers and high-speed spindle systems.
Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and machine in a safe, locked-out state. Seat the shank fully and evenly in a clean, appropriately sized collet or end mill holder before tightening to the holder specification. At this diameter, runout control is critical — inspect the tool holder for debris or wear before each use. Do not exceed recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and depth of cut.
