Built from micrograin carbide, it delivers a 0.2031-inch (13/64-inch) cutting diameter with a 0.5-inch length of cut and a 0.25-inch shank diameter, keeping the overall length at 2.5 inches. The 2-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation in a variety of materials. Centercutting geometry allows plunge milling as well as peripheral cuts. This tool is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills operated by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working to close tolerances.
