With a 0.3906-inch (25/64 inch) cutting diameter and a 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration, this tool delivers smooth surface finishes and efficient chip evacuation in both slotting and profiling applications. The 40-degree helix angle promotes aggressive yet stable cutting action, reducing chatter at higher feed rates. Manufactured from micrograin carbide and left uncoated, this end mill suits applications where coating compatibility or re-grinding frequency is a consideration. This stub-length ball end mill is suited to close-tolerance 3D contouring, die and mold work, and finish passes on curved or sculptured surfaces.
