The ACCUPRO 12184496 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for demanding profiling, contouring, and 3D surfacing work. The 3-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup during aggressive cuts. At 0.1875 inches in diameter with a 1-inch length of cut, this tool is well-suited for fine-detail work in tight-tolerance applications. The uncoated finish makes it straightforward to inspect for wear and compatible with cutting fluids commonly used in machining operations.
This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for profiling, slotting, and contouring operations.
