The ACCUPRO 12183869 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 0.750 inch mill diameter, a 1.5 inch length of cut, and a 4.0 inch overall length. The 6-flute spiral geometry with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes at higher feed rates. Micrograin carbide construction delivers the hardness and wear resistance needed for demanding cutting applications. This is an uncoated, centercutting tool with right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction, suitable for plunge, slot, and profile milling.
This end mill fits standard milling machine setups in job shop, production, and tool room environments. The 0.750 inch shank diameter accommodates common ER collet chucks and end mill holders found on vertical machining centers, knee mills, and CNC milling machines. The regular-length profile and centercutting capability make it well suited for slotting and ramping operations where a full-radius plunge is required. Machinists and toolroom technicians working with steel, stainless, aluminum, and similar workpiece materials will find this tool appropriate for general-purpose metal removal.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard tooling option for 3/4 inch straight-shank end mill holders, ER collet chucks, and Weldon-style holders used on vertical and horizontal milling machines and CNC machining centers.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician familiar with milling machine toolholding systems. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. The shank should be inserted to the full recommended engagement depth in the holder and secured per the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut to protect both the tool and the workpiece.
