The ACCUPRO 12183706 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking and machining applications. With a 3/8-inch diameter and a 0.0100-inch corner radius, it produces clean, radiused edges that reduce stress concentration in finished parts. The four-flute, right-hand spiral geometry and 40-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. An AlTiN coating provides high heat resistance and surface hardness, making this end mill well-suited for cutting hardened steels, stainless steel, cast iron, and other difficult-to-machine alloys. It is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge as well as profile.
