The ACCUPRO 12183656 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. With a 1/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, and a 0.03 inch corner radius, this tool produces smooth transitions between floor and wall surfaces while reducing stress concentrations at part edges. The AlTiN coating provides high heat resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. At 6 inches overall length, this is an extra-long reach configuration suited for deep-pocket and long-reach milling scenarios. Installation and setup are performed by machinists and CNC tool-room technicians.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for profiling, slotting, and finishing operations where a controlled corner radius is required.
