The ACCUPRO 12183654 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining applications. It features a 1/4 inch diameter with a 0.015 inch corner radius, a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, and a 6 inch overall length, making it well suited for deep-reach profiling and finishing work. The micrograin carbide substrate is coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), which improves heat resistance and extends tool life in dry or high-speed cutting conditions. With 4 flutes and a 40-degree helix angle, this end mill delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
