The ACCUPRO 12183415 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. Built from micrograin carbide stock and finished with a TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating, this end mill delivers extended tool life and improved wear resistance compared to uncoated carbide. It features a 7/16 inch cutting diameter, a 1-3/8 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length, placing it in the extra-long length category. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces during aggressive passes. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users of this tool.

This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and similar ferrous and non-ferrous materials on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. Its extra-long overall length makes it appropriate for deep-pocket milling, stepped features, and applications where standard-length tooling cannot reach.
