The ACCUPRO 12183400 is a square-end, single-end mill ground from solid micrograin carbide and coated with TiCN for extended wear resistance in ferrous and non-ferrous cutting applications. The cutter measures 7/32 inch (0.2188 inches) in diameter with a 1/4 inch (0.2500 inches) shank, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length. Four spiral flutes at a 40-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and reduce heat buildup at the cutting edge. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as peripheral milling. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shop and production environments.

This end mill suits general-purpose milling operations including slotting, profiling, and pocket milling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar materials.
