The ACCUPRO 12183363 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and engineering plastics. With a 0.750 inch cutting diameter, a 3 inch length of cut, and a 6 inch overall length, this tool falls into the extra-long category, making it suitable for deep-pocket and extended-reach milling applications. The 4-flute configuration supports efficient chip evacuation while maintaining a strong tool body. A 40-degree helix angle promotes smooth cutting action and reduces chatter. Micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and edge retention needed for demanding production environments. This end mill is sold individually and is intended for use by machinists and tooling professionals on CNC machining centers and manual mills.
This end mill is well suited for ferrous and non-ferrous material removal where reach beyond standard length tooling is required. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece, enabling slotting, pocketing, and profile milling in a single tool setup. The uncoated micrograin carbide substrate performs reliably in applications where coolant is used or where specific coating compatibility with the workpiece material is a concern. The right-hand cut, right-hand spiral flute design is the standard orientation for conventional CNC milling setups.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct tooling addition for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 0.750 inch straight shank with a shank diameter tolerance of -0.0001 / -0.0004 inches.
This end mill is installed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician into a compatible collet, end mill holder, or milling chuck sized for a 3/4 inch shank. Ensure the spindle and tool holding system are fully locked and the machine is at a complete stop before changing tooling. Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation, as excessive runout will accelerate edge wear and reduce surface finish quality. Follow machine manufacturer guidelines and applicable shop safety protocols for speeds, feeds, and workholding prior to initiating any cut.
