The ACCUPRO 12183287 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in demanding machining environments. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with titanium carbonitride (TiCN), it delivers extended tool life and resistance to wear when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 1/8-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge, extending both part and tool life. With a 40-degree helix angle and 4 right-hand spiral flutes, it provides aggressive chip evacuation and a smooth surface finish. This is an extra-long length tool with a 1-3/4-inch length of cut and 4-inch overall length, suited for deeper cavity work where standard-reach tools fall short.
