The ACCUPRO 12183286 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 3/8 inch diameter, a 1-3/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.0100 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner designs. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry and 40-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating adds hardness and lubricity, making this tool well suited for harder steels and high-cycle production environments. Micrograin carbide substrate provides the toughness and edge retention needed for demanding cut conditions.
