The ACCUPRO 12183215 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/16-inch diameter with a 0.03-inch corner radius, producing controlled radii on inside corners to reduce stress concentration and extend part life. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish. A TiCN coating adds hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
