The ACCUPRO 12183195 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 4-flute, single-end configuration features a 0.02 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at part edges and extends tool life in demanding cuts. With a 40-degree helix angle and TiCN coating, this cutter is built for higher surface speeds and improved chip evacuation. It is a centercutting tool, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole. Licensed machinists and CNC operators use this end mill for contouring, slotting, and profiling operations where edge integrity is critical.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills running ferrous alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, and similar materials where a TiCN coating provides added hardness and heat resistance.
