The ACCUPRO 12183040 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 5/16 inch diameter, a 0.01 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle. The AlTiN coating extends tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. With a 1-1/8 inch length of cut and a 3 inch overall length, this is a long-series tool suited for reaching deeper pockets while maintaining rigidity. The micrograin carbide substrate provides hardness and wear resistance at high surface footage.
