The ACCUPRO 12183013 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin carbide stock, it holds tighter tolerances and resists edge wear longer than standard carbide grades. The AlTiN coating adds oxidation resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures, making it well-suited for dry or minimal-coolant machining. With a 40-degree helix angle and right-hand spiral flute geometry, it promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces chatter at higher feed rates. Machinists and CNC operators install this tool in vertical machining centers, knee mills, and similar setups for profiling, slotting, and finishing cuts.

This end mill fits standard 1/4-inch collets and tool holders.
