The ACCUPRO 12182992 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 2.25 inch length of cut, and a 0.06 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the tool tip and extends part life in profiling and slotting applications. The AlTiN coating provides high-temperature oxidation resistance, making this tool well-suited for dry or near-dry cutting in difficult-to-machine alloys. With 4 right-hand spiral flutes and a micrograin carbide substrate, the 12182992 delivers both rigidity and edge retention in demanding production environments.
