The ACCUPRO 12182943 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring a controlled edge radius and consistent finish. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating, it delivers hardness and wear resistance suited to ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 0.045 inch corner radius reduces edge chipping and stress concentration at the cutting path. At 1/2 inch diameter with a 40-degree helix angle and 4 flutes, this tool balances chip evacuation and surface finish in demanding CNC milling environments.
