The ACCUPRO 12182926 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built to a stub length profile, it offers a 31/64 inch (0.4844 inch) cutting diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and a 1/2 inch shank. The four-flute spiral configuration runs in a right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction with a 40-degree helix angle. A TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in demanding applications. The micrograin carbide substrate supports tight tolerances and consistent performance in high-speed CNC machining centers and manual mills alike.
