The ACCUPRO 12182883 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The tool measures 3/8 inches in diameter with a 0.0150-inch corner radius and a 5/8-inch length of cut. A titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating improves wear resistance and surface hardness, extending tool life in demanding cutting conditions. The micrograin carbide substrate provides rigidity and edge retention at higher feed rates. This single-end, centercutting design allows plunge entry and is appropriate for CNC machining centers and manual milling machines alike. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals select this end mill for finish contouring, profiling, and slotting where a controlled corner radius is required to reduce stress concentrations in the workpiece.
