The ACCUPRO 12182801 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 3/8 inch length of cut, and a 40-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for demanding machining applications. A TiCN coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life in abrasive materials. This is a single-end, centercutting tool with right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute geometry, suitable for slotting, profiling, and plunge milling operations.
