The ACCUPRO 12182772 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 3/16 inch diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius and a 3/8 inch length of cut, making it suited for detail work and contouring where sharp inside corners must be avoided to reduce stress concentration. The AlTiN coating improves heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. With a 40-degree helix angle and 4 right-hand spiral flutes, it promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. This is a single-end, centercutting tool ground from micrograin carbide stock.
