The ACCUPRO 12182541 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 3/8-inch diameter, a 7/8-inch length of cut, and a 0.0150-inch corner radius that protects the cutting edge and reduces stress concentrations at the bottom of milled slots and pockets. The TiCN coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in demanding cutting applications. With four flutes and a 40-degree right-hand helix, this end mill is suited for high-feed finishing and semi-finishing passes where surface finish and dimensional accuracy are priorities.
