The ACCUPRO 12182530 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal fabrication, moldmaking, and general machining environments. It features a 3/8 inch diameter with a 7/8 inch length of cut and a 0.01 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the bottom of a cut and extends tool life compared to sharp-cornered end mills. The 4-flute spiral geometry provides a balance of chip evacuation and surface finish quality. With a 2.5 inch overall length and matching 3/8 inch shank, this tool fits standard ER collet chucks and end mill holders common in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills.
