The ACCUPRO 12182470 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 1/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.02 inch corner radius, and four flutes ground from micrograin solid carbide stock. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extends tool life in high-speed and dry cutting applications. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working on vertical machining centers, mills, and similar equipment.

This end mill suits applications where a controlled corner radius is required to reduce stress concentrations at the base of milled features or to match part geometry.
