The ACCUPRO 12182399 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. The cutter measures 9/64 inch (0.1406 inches) in diameter with a 1/2 inch length of cut and a 3/16 inch shank diameter. Overall length is 2 inches. The tool features four spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle and an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating, which improves heat resistance and tool life during high-speed cutting. Micrograin carbide construction provides edge retention on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
