The ACCUPRO 12182358 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 0.015 inch corner radius, and a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating that increases surface hardness and reduces heat buildup during cutting. With 4 flutes and a 40-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth finishes. The micrograin carbide substrate supports high-speed machining in demanding materials. This is a single-end, center-cutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into workpieces as well as perform peripheral cuts.
