The ACCUPRO 12182330 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. With a 0.0591 inch (1.50 mm) cutting diameter and a 0.1969 inch (5.00 mm) length of cut, this tool is built for tight-tolerance work in small-diameter applications. The four-flute, spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting performance. An AlTiN finish provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when machining abrasive or hard materials. Centercutting geometry allows for plunge operations. This end mill is intended for use by machinists and toolroom professionals on CNC mills and manual knee mills.
This end mill is suited for small-feature milling on dies, molds, and precision components where tight dimensional control is required. The 0.0591 inch diameter makes it appropriate for slot milling, profiling, and contouring in confined workspaces. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction conform to standard CNC toolpath conventions. The micrograin carbide grade supports use in hardened steels, stainless alloys, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Regular length geometry provides rigidity for applications where extended reach is not needed.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard tooling option for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 3.00 mm (0.1181 inch) shank diameter collet or tool holder.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before inserting or removing the end mill from the collet or tool holder. Verify collet size matches the 3.00 mm shank diameter and that runout is within acceptable tolerance before commencing a cut. Consult the machine manufacturer guidelines and applicable shop safety procedures for feeds, speeds, and depth-of-cut recommendations appropriate to the workpiece material.
