The ACCUPRO 12182204 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. It carries a 1 inch cutter diameter with a 2.25 inch length of cut and a 5 inch overall length, making it well suited for deeper slotting and profiling passes where a standard-length tool falls short. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance during high-speed cutting in ferrous and hardened materials. Micrograin carbide substrate supports tool life in demanding applications. Installation Notes
