The ACCUPRO 12182167 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal and hard-material applications. It features a 7/32 inch (0.2188 inch) cutting diameter, a 3/8 inch length of cut, and a 1/4 inch shank diameter with an overall length of 2 inches. The stub-length configuration provides added rigidity, reducing deflection during aggressive cuts. The 40-degree helix angle combined with three spiral flutes promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Installation Notes

Installation and tool changes must be performed with the spindle fully stopped and the machine in a safe, locked-out state per facility lockout/tagout procedures.
