The ACCUPRO 12182132 is a single-end corner radius end mill manufactured from micrograin solid carbide and finished with a TiCN coating. It is designed for milling operations that require a controlled corner radius profile, reducing stress concentrations in machined slots, pockets, and contoured features. With a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/2-inch length of cut, and a 1/8-inch corner radius, this tool is suited for high-feed roughing and finishing passes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals select this end mill for demanding CNC milling applications.
This end mill is appropriate for use in machining centers and CNC knee mills running right-hand spindle rotation. The 3/4-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and side-lock toolholders. It is well suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and similar materials where a durable TiCN-coated carbide tool is preferred. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry in addition to peripheral and slot milling. Typical applications include die and mold work, fixture fabrication, and general-purpose production milling where corner radius control is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct tooling selection for CNC milling setups requiring a 3/4-inch shank, single-end corner radius end mill with a 3/4-inch cutting diameter.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians. Secure the 3/4-inch shank in a clean, properly sized toolholder and torque the retention mechanism according to the toolholder manufacturer specifications before starting the spindle. Inspect the cutting edges and corner radius for chips or damage before each use. Always verify spindle speed and feed rate against the material being cut and the tool manufacturer recommendations before beginning a cut.
