The ACCUPRO 12182106 is a single-end corner radius end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide and finished with a TiCN coating. It carries a 5/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.045 inch corner radius that leaves a controlled fillet at the base of milled features. The TiCN coating adds surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials compared to uncoated carbide. Three right-hand spiral flutes provide chip clearance while the centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece.

This end mill is suited for profile milling, pocket milling, and slot work where a precise corner radius is required rather than a sharp 90-degree edge.
